Step 1 - "Right mouse click" the links below for each file. A menu like the one below will open up.

In the menu, click "Save Target As...". (or Save Link As). This will bring up a menu for your desktop that allows you to save the file to your desktop or any folder that you like.

*Save these files somewhere on your computer where you will remember where they are.

Once you've downloaded the file, go to the folder where you saved it and double click the file to open it. In the case of the MP3 files, this will automatically launch your default audio player (Windows Media Player, RealAudio, etc).

In the case of the PDF files, this will automatically launch Adobe Acrobat Reader and display the ebook. Repeat these steps for each file.

Step 2 - To play the MP3 audio files that come with this program, simply click on them, and your default audio player will launch and play the audio clip.

Step 3 - To open and read the .pdf files you'll be downloading, you'll need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here to download it.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAC USERS ONLY:

To save audio files:

Step 1- Create a folder on your computer for the audio files. To do so, select “new folder” under “file” and then name it something you’ll remember like “mp3.”

Step 2- On this download page, right click on the link for each audio file. This will open a drop down menu. Select “save file as” on the drop down menu. (Repeat this step to download each audio file.) 

Step 3 - Open up iTunes (http://www.apple.com/itunes) on your computer and select “Add to library” under “File.” Select the mp3 file you created and click the “add” button. If you are asked “Add to iTunes library?” click “yes.”

Step 4- Once iTunes adds the file, you can repeat these steps with each audio file.
